Denis, Panino’s founder, approached Jess many years ago at her very first tradeshow, in the newcomers area in Exeter. Den was looking for new exciting products to bring to the market. It was a match made in heaven because Wild Flour wanted to work with a local distributor who cared about the cakes and would deliver them with the same love as if they had baked them themselves.
