Spoke & Stringer was founded by Kristian Crews, who dreamt up the business plan of combining his love of food with his passions for surfing, motorcycles and cycling whilst working in Australia. Spoke & Stringer is built on a firm belief that a healthy body and mind play in your ability to maximise your freedom. Hours of riding a motorcycle, surfboard or whatever it may be takes its toll on the body - therefore you need to fuel up on foods with the highest nutritional value.
