A moist nutty sponge with gently roasted walnuts, blended with Shipton Mill flour and a rich coffee. Our vegan buttercream is made by adding roasted walnut to our Be Better Buttercream with an intense coffee extract. We then hand decorate, cut into perfectly sized coffee treats and sprinkle with walnuts.
It's a sophisticated revamp of a classic cake, and a coffee lovers' dream (even the non-coffee drinkers will be converted!)
