Bakewell tart is a well established classic within the cake world, and this one does not disappoint.
Made with our own handmade buttery sweet pastry, it melts in the mouth. Layered with a seeded raspberry jam, and topped with our rich creamy frangipane and lightly toasted flaked almonds. Sprinkle with fresh icing sugar to finish off the look.
You can even warm the tart gently and serve with ice-cream, custard or our favourite…Westcountry clotted cream.
